Mr. Fabio has over 23 years of multifaceted experience in the heavy civil, building and infrastructure construction industry. After performing in positions of rapidly increasing responsibility on projects of escalating impact and budget during his career, Mr. Fabio founded Axiom Consulting Services, LLC. to capitalize on the expertise and skills he knows best: Construction Management and Construction- Related Project Services, and General Contracting. Invaluable experience on projects like the Zerega Avenue Central Maintenance and Training Center for New York City Transit ($63 million) and the reconstruction of Times Square Station for the New York City Transit Authority ($90 million) with their demanding schedules, extensive list of subcontractors and high profile locations, has afforded Mr. Fabio with the technical expertise needed to become an asset to any team or project requiring adherence to stringent agency guidelines as well as state and local regulations. His extensive experience in facility construction and reconstruction is unparalleled. With projects like the $35 million dollar Thomas & Marie White Health Center, the $32 million dollar United Airline Cargo Facility at JFK Airport and the rehabilitation of almost a dozen public schools in the borough of Brooklyn, Mr. Fabio’s knowledge in facility construction is unsurpassed.
