Project Superintendent Services

Provided project superintendent services, managed the daily activities of the various trades during the renovation of the 6th floor in the SUNY FIT. Scope included selective interior demolition and new construction consisting of partitions, ceilings, and finishes; mechanical systems, ductwork, and controls; toilets; sprinklers; fire alarm, and electrical. Limited renovations to the 5th floor and Mechanical Equipment Level were also performed.
